Construction firm Feys from Zulte built a BEN home that already fulfils the 2021 energy standards. The problem of combining demand-controlled ventilation with simultaneous heat recovery for toilets, warm water and floor heating is an essential aspect, as emerges from the findings of both builder and residents after 1 year in the BEN home.
